By accessing the kbazzi website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the kbazzi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and kbazzi.

These Terms apply to all sections of the kbazzi platform, including but not limited to the live casino lobby, cricket betting section, slots library, crash games, fishing games, promotional offers, and any other services made available to registered players. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and kbazzi.

kbazzi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their kbazzi account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using kbazzi and contact our support team to close your account.

Access to kbazzi is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kbazzi enforces a strict 18+ age policy without exception. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or participate in any promotional activity on the platform.
• You are accessing kbazzi voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, using funds that you own and that were obtained through lawful means.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must be registered and operated by the account holder personally.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ascertain the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or close family member of a kbazzi employee in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest.

Age Verification

kbazzi operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to verify their age and identity before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. kbazzi reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable suspicion that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

Any account confirmed to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed immediately. Any funds deposited into that account will be handled in accordance with kbazzi's responsible gaming procedures and applicable law. kbazzi will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player, and the operator expressly reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses paid out to an account that was opened in violation of the 18+ rule.

To access the full range of kbazzi services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are legally responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration and throughout your account's lifetime is truthful and up to date.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active kbazzi account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kbazzi reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending a full review. Players who believe they may have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact support immediately.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbazzi account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. kbazzi will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether by you or by any third party who accessed your account because you shared your credentials — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kbazzi support immediately. kbazzi will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending an investigation, but the operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

All financial transactions on the kbazzi platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kbazzi does not apply currency conversion charges. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

Supported Payment Methods

kbazzi currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Bangladesh-based players:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

It is a strict requirement that the payment account or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where funds are sent from or to a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted under any circumstances. Accounts found to be using third-party payment methods may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once your identity has been verified and your withdrawal request has been submitted, kbazzi aims to process payments to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within one to four hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. kbazzi reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times where necessary.

Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kbazzi reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified in advance of any dormancy fee being applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in to your account and carry out any activity at least once every 12 months.

kbazzi offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before activation.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly displayed on each promotion page before you activate the offer.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Unless the promotion terms specify otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• kbazzi offers one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• kbazzi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already activated it, the player's accrued progress toward the wagering requirement will be respected.
• Bonuses have a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus funds are automatically forfeited when the validity period expires.

kbazzi provides access to a multi-vertical game library that includes live casino tables, slots, crash games, fishing games, and cricket and sports betting markets. Each category is governed by its own set of rules, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a wager on any game or market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Casino Games

All slot titles available on kbazzi use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure each game outcome is completely random and independent of previous results. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose own game-specific rules govern the conduct of each table. In the event of a dispute concerning a live casino hand or spin, the studio's recorded game log is the definitive reference.

Sports & Cricket Betting

Betting markets for cricket, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are offered on a pre-match and in-play basis. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to market closure. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the kbazzi system, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in and will not be adjusted. kbazzi reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been incorrectly set up, or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question.

Disconnection Policy

In the event that a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round or live betting session, kbazzi's systems will attempt to complete the round automatically using the last recorded action of the player. Where this is not possible, the round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance. kbazzi does not accept liability for losses arising from poor internet connectivity on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbazzi platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Where any of the following are identified, kbazzi reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and withhold any balance pending a full investigation:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the kbazzi platform, including automated betting systems that operate without real-time human input.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage over kbazzi or other players. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain a strategic advantage over the house or other participants.
• Using the kbazzi platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with kbazzi support staff.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering purposes.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to kbazzi's systems, databases, or administrative infrastructure.

Either party may close a kbazzi player account. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact kbazzi support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement.

Closure by kbazzi

kbazzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player's self-exclusion request — whether submitted directly to kbazzi or via a recognised self-exclusion scheme.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months.
• Regulatory or legal obligations that require kbazzi to close the account.

Self-Exclusion

kbazzi supports player wellbeing through a voluntary self-exclusion programme. Players who feel that their gambling is no longer within healthy boundaries may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by our support team. During the exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and any active bonus will be cancelled.
